How do I register for the National Assembly?

Is the Virtual portion of the Assembly included with my registration?
The Virtual component of the National Assembly is included with the Full Conference registration category.
Can I register for the virtual portion of the meeting only?
Yes, you will need to select virtual registration as the registration type.
How do I log in to the virtual component?
Use the access key sent to you on September 25. If you registered after this date, you will find an event code in your confirmation email that you will use to log in.
How long are the virtual sessions available?
Virtual sessions are available until November 30.
How many virtual credits are there?
More than an estimated 75 CE credits are available online. Please note that if you attended a session onsite and received credit for it, you are not eligible to receive credit again for it virtually.Specific rules apply to specific disciplines. Please contact your certifying board for additional information.
How do I receive credit/watch virtual sessions on the virtual platform?
You must first enter your CE credentials under "Add CE Credentials" on the tile menu or "CE Credit Information" on the left-hand navigation menu. Once this is done, navigate to the "Virtual Sessions" and click on the session you wish to watch. This will pop out a window, and in the lower right hand corner, you will see a blue "Video" button. Click the "Video" button. This will open the video in a new tab. Click the green "Watch in Full Screen 'Play Only' Mode (Earn Credit)" to earn full credit. Please note that the orange free-play button will not give credit.
How do I check my virtual credit progress?
Go to "CE Credit Information" on the left-hand navigation window and scroll down to the bottom. Click on "Enter Credentials and Access Credit List."
I can't find a session.
Please note that Manufacturers' Workshops, Product Preview Theater Presentations, and Pre-Show Workshops are not available as part of the virtaul program. If you are looking for an education session outside this, please use the "Search" function under "Virtual Sessions." If you are unable to locate it, please email assembly@aopanet.org.
When will I receive credits for the virtual sessions?
Once the virtual sessions close on November 30, we will pull a list of all participants and their credits. These will go to the certifying Boards for their approval and processing.
How do I save where I left off?
If you pause the video and leave the tab open without shutting down your computer, it should save where you are for a period of time. Unfortunately, you cannot shut down your computer and resume where you left off. We have asked the developer to explore this feature in the future.

How many in-person credits were there?
An estimated total of 37 CE Credits are available for the in-person event in Charlotte. In general, you will earn one CE Credit per hour of education. Specific rules apply to specific disciplines. Please contact your certifying board for additional information.
When will I receive my in-person credits?
Approximately 60 days post show you should see your earned credits in your ABC or BOC account.
