Brad Mattear is a highly experienced licensed Orthotist as well as a Certified Prosthetic Assistant through ABC. With over 25 years of dedication to the field of O&P, Brad has made significant contributions to the industry. He currently serves as the O&P Central Fabrication Program Manager at Shriners Children's, where he continues to impact the lives of countless patients.
Brad's leadership extends beyond his professional role; he is the current Co-Chair of the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) planning Committee, Chair of the Technical Committee and has been entrusted as the Chairperson for the inaugural ISPO World Congress Technical Program (2025 Stockholm). His commitment to advancing the field is evident in these pivotal roles.
Residing in New Port Richey, FL, Brad enjoys a fulfilling life with his wife Melissa and their daughter Lilly. In his free time, he can often be found fishing or relaxing by his new pool, embracing a successful career and quality family time.
